The 2012 Leadership Dorchester Class of the Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on October 25, 2012 to celebrate the completion of the Park & Ride Shelter at Gahagan Park & Ride. The class partnered with Tri-County Link to create 5 shelters built at the Park and Ride stops along Highway 78.
